1. General Provisions
This document is a public offer of the service owner (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor) and governs the use of the service Gotwic Radar (hereinafter referred to as the Service).
The offer is accepted by registering, topping up the internal balance, creating a paid order, or actually using the Service after reviewing these terms.
The Service is intended only for users aged 18 or older. By registering or using the Service, the User confirms that they have reached the age of majority.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The Contractor provides access to Service features for placing individual map-scanning and shield-monitoring orders and receiving available notifications related to the game “Game of Thrones: Winter is Coming”.
3. Balance and Order Payments
- services are paid from the user’s internal balance denominated in rubles;
- the map scan price is shown before the order is created and charged when it is created;
- a shield watch is created free of charge: the first daily fee is charged when processing begins, and subsequent fees are charged no more than once per 24 hours of active monitoring;
- current tariffs are displayed in the interface and may be changed unilaterally by the Contractor; the new tariff applies to subsequent charges, including active monitoring orders;
- if the balance is insufficient, paid processing does not take place and monitoring may be paused;
- The Service does not store bank card details.
4. Refunds
Funds for an unfulfilled order are returned to the internal balance: for a scan, upon an eligible cancellation or processing error; for shield monitoring, in the amount of the latest daily charge if the executor encounters an error. Voluntary cancellation stops future charges, but an already-started paid 24-hour period is not recalculated. Other refund requests are reviewed individually. Contact us at batikysss@gmail.com.
5. User Responsibilities
- provide accurate information during registration;
- comply with Russian law when using the Service;
- not disrupt the security or operability of the Service;
- not share account access with third parties without legal grounds.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. The Contractor is not liable for losses caused by the actions of the user, third parties, communication failures, payment system failures, changes to the game API, or force majeure circumstances.
7. Personal Data
Use of the Service means acknowledgment of the Privacy Policy .
8. Governing Law and Disputes
The laws of the Russian Federation apply to the parties relations. Disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, in court under Russian law.
