1. General Information
This document defines the procedure for topping up the internal balance, paying for orders, and refunding Service fees for Gotwic Radar (hereinafter referred to as the Service). In this document, the owner of the Service is referred to as the Contractor.
2. Payment Methods
The user tops up the internal balance through payment systems integrated into the Service, and services are paid from that balance. Available top-up methods and terms are shown in the interface. Bank card details are stored and processed exclusively by the payment provider; the Service does not have access to them.
3. Internal Balance
The internal balance is denominated in rubles and is used only to pay for Service features. All top-ups, charges, and refunds are recorded in the user’s transaction history.
4. Map Scanning
The one-time scan price depends on the selected object type, is shown before order creation, and is charged in full from the internal balance when the order is created. If the order is cancelled before processing begins, the executor encounters an error, or the order cannot be completed after the allowed attempts, the charged amount is returned to the internal balance.
5. Shield Monitoring
Creating a shield watch is free. The current price for one 24-hour period is displayed in the interface. The Contractor may change the tariff unilaterally; the new tariff applies to subsequent charges, including charges for already active monitoring orders. The first charge is made when order processing begins, and each subsequent charge is made no earlier than 24 hours after the previous one. A partial paid period is not recalculated. Monitoring is paused if the balance is insufficient. Voluntary cancellation stops future charges; if the executor encounters an error, the latest daily charge is returned to the internal balance.
